So, I asked someone I know who reads a lot of books to read mine and give me her thoughts. As she doesn't read any specific genre, I thought it would be good to get feedback from someone who is independent of fantasy. To her credit, Tempest Hart, has read my manuscript, making good time and I'm happy to post her comments.
"Your book is hot. It's not predictable, it's sensible, it's engaging and captivating. The characters are identifiable, I can feel them as if they are real people I know. I can read it and imagine it all in mind like a movie."
"Overall, I love it, and would add it to my personal library."
"I'd also watch the movie when it comes out."
Obviously I'm happy with the response and hope all my future reviews follow this trend.
